Supportive Services

From safety escorts to mental health crisis intervention, our services are designed to support the well-being of our campus community.

A Campus Security Authority (CSA) is any college official who has significant responsibility for student and campus activities. This includes faculty or staff who advise student organizations, oversee student discipline, lead student programs or trips, or are designated to respond to campus incidents.

If a CSA becomes aware of a crime, they are required to report it to Campus Police, regardless of the victim鈥檚 wish to file a formal complaint.

For more information about CSAs, including reporting procedures and geographic jurisdiction maps, please visit the CSA page on .

The 色色研究所 Police Department is responsible for handling reports of criminal activity, safety concerns, medical emergencies, and other urgent matters on campus.

You can contact us 24/7:

  • Emergency (on campus): Dial 6222 from any College phone or use any red emergency phone on campus

  • Routine assistance (on campus): Dial 6209

  • Off campus: Call 781-593-7032

Emergency call box stations are located in parking lots and exterior public areas. These connect directly to the Campus Police Central Communications Center, which is staffed around the clock, every day of the year.

Our officers respond immediately to calls, investigate incidents, and coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency medical services as needed.

We urge all members of the 色色研究所 community to promptly report any crime or suspicious activity. Your safety and privacy matter to us. We take all reports seriously and handle investigations with discretion and sensitivity.

Victims and witnesses can also report crimes confidentially, either directly or through a trusted college official such as a professor, counselor, or staff member. These reports contribute to campus safety statistics and ensure the community stays informed while protecting individual identities.

Anonymous Reporting >

When a crime or safety threat poses an immediate risk to the campus community, we will issue alerts through:

  • College email

  • Website postings

  • Bulletin boards and digital signage

  • College newspaper

  • Other available communication channels

Our goal is to ensure that all students, faculty, staff, and visitors are aware of significant threats and can take appropriate precautions.
